DESIGN TERMSDear Customers, The following terms and conditions are established to ensure a professional and reliable design process. Please read and fully understand the following terms before proceeding with the design deposit at PhuMy Ink: Custom Design: Tattoo designs will be created based on individual customer requirements. PMI will always produce complete designs from the initial sketches to the final artwork. This process takes time and requires the collaboration of both the customer and the tattoo artist. Revision Versions: Each customer can provide feedback and request revisions after the initial sketch is completed. However, PMI will only apply a maximum of 2 revision versions after the initial sketch is finalized. Idea Changes: In the event the customer decides to completely change the initial idea, the deposit will be considered a design fee for the first idea. This ensures that the previous design effort is not wasted, and the tattoo artist receives fair compensation. Deposit Expiration: The design deposit has a 3-month validity period. Customers need to complete the design and schedule the tattoo appointment within this time frame, or the deposit will expire. (Note: The deposit is non-transferable.) Rescheduling and Cancellations: If customers need to reschedule their tattoo appointment, please inform PMI 1-3 days in advance. Failure to provide prior notice will result in the deposit being converted to a booking fee and not deducted from the final tattoo cost. PMI WILL NOT REFUND THE DESIGN DEPOSIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. For PayPal customers, please confirm that you will not file any claims, disputes, or refund requests. The above terms and conditions are established to ensure mutual understanding and respect for all parties. I have read and agree.
